PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3241
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAEUSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL
USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF EL CAMIN0 REAL BETWEEN KELLY DRIVE
AND HIDDEN VALLEY ROAD.
CASE NAME: RANCHO REAL
CASE NO: SUP 90-7
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: That thc
portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego
State of California, according to the partition map thereof No 823 filed in the office o
the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 16, 1896, has been filed with thc
City of Carlsbad, and referred to the ~1a-g Commiss;on; and
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 o
the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 29th day of May, 1991
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering al
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commissior
considered all factors relating to the Special Use Permit; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plannins
Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissior
APPROVES SUP 90-7, based on the following findings and subject to the followinr
conditions:

1. AU of the findings of Resolution No. 3238, CT 90-13, are hereby incorporated by 2 reference.
3 2. The project complies with the requirements of the El Camino Real Corridor
4 Development Standards for landscaping, street fighting, city street signs and other
public signs, and street furniture.

1. Approval is granted for SUP 90-7, as shown on Exhibits "A"-"T" dated May 2,
Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these
