A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST SIDE OF LA COSTA AVENUE AND LEVANTE
STREET.
CASE NAME: LEVANTE STREET
APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM RD-M TO RD-M-Q

7 11 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:

the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof No. 7457 filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, October 18, 1972.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; an
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 c
