PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3319
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
DETERMINATION OF GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR
THE CMWD CITYWIDE WATER RECLAMATION MASTER
PLAN.

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad
and referred to the Planning Commission; and a WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by 9
lo ll Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 4th day of December,

1991, consider said request; and

WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and
arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all
factors relating to the Planning Commission Determination; and 16
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

19 I! A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission
APPROVES PCD/GPC 91-4, based on the following findings and subject to the
following conditions:

of the City's General Plan.

1. Each individual project identified in the Water Reclamation Master Plan will be
required to undergo project specific environmental review.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 4th day of December, 1991,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairman Holmes, Commissioners: Schlehuber, Savary,
Erwin, Noble & Hall.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioner Schramm.
ABSTAIN: None. - -.-“x-, &” y. ..
