HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-02-05; Planning Commission; Resolution 3331. 0 0 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3331 1 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CITY STAFF TO AMEND TITLE 21 WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT FOR A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION OR CITY COUNCIL. CASE NAME: PLANNING DIRECTOR INITIATED AMENDMENTS TO CODE, CHAPTER 21.52 - AMENDMENTS, SECTION 21.52.020, TO ALLOW TITLE 21 CASE NO: ZCA 91-7 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 5th day of February, 1992, holl 8 a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and 9 10 11 12 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission : 14 I.5 follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony an arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a factors relating to the Zone Code Amendment. 16 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commissic 17 recommends APPROVAL of ZCA 91-7, according to Exhibit "X", datc February 5, 1992, attached hereto and made a part hereof, based on the followir 18 finding: 19 20 B: 21 22 1. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 21.52 BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 21.52.020(4) (TO ALLOW CITY STAFF TO INITIATE AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 21 WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT OF A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION OR CITY COUNCIL.
