PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3247
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF THE LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
PLAN FOR ZONE 16 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
EAST OF EXISTING TERMINUS OF FARADAY AVENUE,
SOUTH OF SQUIRES DAM, WEST OF THE CITY OF VISTA,
AND NORTH OF THE EXISTING TERMINUS OF EL FUERTE.
APPLICANT: PAUL TCHANG
CASE NO: LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN - ZONE 16
WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and
8 referred to the Planning Commission, and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 8797 adopting the 1986

standards for public facilities, and I.x
Citywide Facilities and Improvements Plan establishing facility zones and performance
I.z Ji WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 9808 requiring the processing

14 of a Local Facilities Management Plan, and
15 /I WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 81 10 and 9829 implementing
16 Proposition E approved on November 4, 1986 by the citizens of Carlsbad, and
17 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 19th day of February, 1992, hold

a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and

arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all
factors relating to the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 16.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commission as
25 A) That the above recitations are true and correct.

recommends APPROVAL of Local Facilities Management Plan - Zone 16, based on 27
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commission

by the following vote, to wit:
