A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
BATIQUITOS DRIVE.

6 /I WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:

Portions of Sections 27, 28, 33, and 34, Township 12 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego.
10 11 has been filed with the City of CarIsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and

3. The proposed project is for a gated community, thus requiring private streets;
4. This PUD is for purposes of creating and maintaining private streets o&;
5. The residential lots proposed by this project will be developed to R-1 standards :
specified in the Aviara Master Plan (MP 177) rather than to the PUD standards;
Conditions:
1. Approval of PUD 91-2 is granted subject to the approval of CT 90-30, Plannin
Commission Resolution No. 3396.
2. Approval of PUD 91-2 is granted subject to all conditions of CT 90-30, Plannin
Commission Resolution No. 3396, incorporated herein by reference and on file j

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Plannin
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 20th day of May, 1992, by th
