CASE NAME: AWARA PLANNING AREA 28 CASE NO: PUD 91-4 1 ~ Portions of Sections 33 and 34, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San I WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Bernadino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California l1 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and 12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 13 14 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 15 16 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of June, 1992, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and I? ll WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimonj l8 ~ and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Cornmission considered all 19 1 factors relating to the Planned Unit Development.
