CASE NAME: FAIRWAYS CASE NO: DI 92-4 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 11722 in the City cf Carlsbad, County of San Diego, according to map thereof filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on October 10, 1981 as file no. 81-322184 of official records, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided bl Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Director did consider said request; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 1st day of July, 1992 consider said request; and WHEREAS, said Commission considered all factors relating to the Discussio: Item; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. That the proposed amendment to architecture, colors, materials and floor plar as shown on Exhibits "A" - "P', dated July 1 , 1992, meets the intent of a is in harmony with CT 90-23 and PUD 90-23. 2. That the amendment shall not change the density or the boundaries of the subjc property. 3. That the amendment does not involve an addition of a new use or group of us or rearrangement of uses not shown on the original permit. 4. That the proposed amendments comply with all applicable development standard Section 21.45.090 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. 5.
