CASE NAME: CARLSBAD GOLF PRACTICE FACILITY WINO REAL ON 10.74 ACRES IN THE R-1-10,000 ZONE CASE NO: SUP 92-02 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit: That portion of Government Lot 2, in Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the United States Government Survey approved December 27, 1870. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commission; E WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by Title 21 the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 2nd day of DecemE 1992, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said requc and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commiss considered all factors relating to the Special Use Permit; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plann Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. ....
