PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3470
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
CONDOMINIUM PERMIT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TAMARACK AVENUE
BETWEEN GARFIELD STREET AND THE AT&SF RAILROAD.

6 /I WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:

Lot 8 Block S of Palisades 2, City of Carlsbad, according to
Map 1803 filed on August 25, 1924
9 11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; an'
lo II WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by T:
11 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

13 ll WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 2nd day of December, 19
14 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
15 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimc
16 and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered
17 factors relating to the Condominium Permit.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commiss

22 B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Commiss

2. The granting of this permit will not adversely affect, and will be consistent with, th
