The application is consistent with the existing General Plan land use designatior of RLM (Residential Low-Medium Density), RM (Residential Medium Density), an OS (Open Space) as indicated by a review of the document's proposed dwelling un total and development standards. 2. Specific Plan 203 is consistent with and implements the goals and policies of tl general plan as demonstrated in the section of the specific plan entitled "Land Use 6 3.
