A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL
USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A 660 SQUARE FOOT EXPANSION
OF THE EXISTING BUILDING ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6225 EL CAMINO REAL,, SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT
ROAD AND NORTH OF CAMINO VIDA ROBLE, IN THE
PLANNED INDUSTRIAL ZONE.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:
Lot 3 of Carlsbad Tract No. 73-49, Unit 1, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map thereof No. 8054, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, December 31, 1974.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commiss I

Findinzs :
1. The project is consistent with the City's General Plan since the 1
improvements are within the Industrial zone which is intended for i
development.
2. The proposed project is consistent with the City's Planned Industrial 01
and the El Camino Real Scenic Corridor Standards.
3. The proposed project will not cause any significant environmental impac
exempt from environmental review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15301
Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for SUP 94-01, as shown on Exhibit(s) "A" - "B", da
