A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SITE
GENERALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE NORTH COUNTY
APPROXIMATELY 2100 FEET NORTH OF POINSETTIA LANE
CASE NAME: POINSETTIA COMMUTER RAIL STATION
DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. SDP 93-03 ON PROPERTY

WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of Carl
