PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3664
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CARLSBAD LOCAL
COASTAL PROGRAM TO BRING THE DESIGNATIONS ON

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) At the end of the State mandated six week review period, startin;
1, 1994, and ending on May 13, 1994, staff shall present to
Council a summary of the comments received.
C) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Cc
recommends APPROVAL of LCPA 93-04 as shown on Exhibit "A", (
18, 1994, attached hereto and made a part hereof based on the
findings:

Carlsbad General Plan and Zoning Ordinance.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 18th day of May, 1994, by the
vote, to wit:
AYES: Chairperson Savary, Commissioners: Betz, Erwin, Ha
Schlehuber & Welshons.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
