PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3660
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING A
GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR THE 1994 TO
BUILDOUT CAPITAL, IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
CASE NAME: CITY OF CARLSBAD
CASE NO: PCD/GPC 93-04
WHEREAS, State Law requires the City to adopt a General Plan
development and outline goals for a balanced community, including the pro
public facilities such as civic projects, drainage projects, park projects, sewer
water projects, traffic signal projects, street projects, and bridge projects; and
WHEREAS, programs developed for the provision of these public
must be reviewed for consistency with the goals and policies of the General P1
WHEREAS, in order to implement the General Plan, the City mus

1. The project is consistent with the goals and policies of the City's Gen
which ensures and requires the provision of adequate public facilities an
concurrent with or prior to development.
2. The project is consistent with the Circulation, Public Facilities, Land U:
Safety and Parks and Recreation Elements of the General Plan. Specifica

concurrent with need'. The CIP implements this goal.
