PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3670
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EL
CAMINO REAL CORRIDOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO
ALLOW GRADING TO CREATE THREE SINGLE FAMILY
ZONE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3800 ALDER AVENUE.
CASE NAME: ALDER ESTATES
CASE NO: SUP 93-01
WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property, to wit:
Lot 9 of Carlsbad Highlands Map No. 2647 being within the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
BUILDING PADS ON A 2.26 ACRE PARCEL IN THE R-1-15
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred to the Planning Commis
WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request as provided by 1
the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15th day of JUI
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said reque!
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid1
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Cor
considered all factors relating to the Special Use Permit; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Cor
