CASE NAME: ALGA HILLS CUSTOM LOTS CASE NO: PCD 94-01 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Map 12325, Carlsbad Tract 84-41, DEVELOPMENT ON THE CUSTOM LOTS (LOTS 1-8,235-241 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commissi WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as proi Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15th day of Jun consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testin arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consic factors relating to the Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Con as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. Distinct architectural elevations on each lot ensures consistency with th~ that custom home development occur on these lots. 2. A custom appearance is achieved through variation in exterior building IT and architectural elements associated with distinctive architectural styles 3. The proposed architecture is compatible in style with development in the A development as well as surrounding development since it offers a tr between the continuous two story mediterranean style, tile roof homes Hills and the surrounding one and two story custom homes. 4. Development on Lots 88-100 along the eastem perimeter adjacent to the is consistent with hillside development standards by ensuring that development is setback from the top of slopes and blends into the landscape. Conditions: 1. Exhibit "B", architectural plans for Lots 1-8 and 235-241 incorporated h reference shall constitute the approved design guidelines required by I Commission Resolution 2550, Condition No. 30. 2. Development shall occur on Lots 88-100 in accordance with EXE incorporated herein by reference.
