CASE NAME: U.S. WEST CELLULAR CASE NO: CUP 94-04 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of ( PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH-EAST and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as pro1 Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the E Commission did, on the 6th day of July, 1994, hold a duly noticed public he consider said application on property described as: A portion of parcel 1 of Parcels Map No. 12574, in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 24, 1983. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Con considered all factors relating to CUP 94-04. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Con of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. That the requested use is necessary or desirable for the developmen community by providing additional communication facilities, and by helpj a goal of the Health and Safety Element in optimizing organization and of emergency services upon the need, and is not detrimental to existing u uses specifically permitted in the zone in which the proposed use is to be 2.
