A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A FINANCING PLAN FOR LOCAL FACILITIES
MANAGEMENT ZONE 9.
CASE NAME: ZONE 9 FINANCE PLAN

WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has been prepared i
