FT. WITHIN AN INDUSTRIAL OFFICE COMPLEX FOR A FIVE YEAR TIME THE CITY OF CARLSBAD IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 5. CASE NAME: HOLY CROSS EPISCOPAL CHURCH CASE NO: CUP 94-03 WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of PERIOD AT 6066 CORTE DEL CEDRO IN THE P-M ZONE IN and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as prc Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Commission did, on the 20th day of July, 1994, hold a duly noticed pub1.i~ h consider said application on property described as: Lot 11 of Map No. 9973, as recorded on January 16, 1981, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Co considered all factors relating to CUP 94-03.
