PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3701
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A 78 UNIT CONDOMINIUM ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF
CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND PONTO (ANACAPA) ROAD IN
LOCAL, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 22.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lots 1 and 2 in fractional Section 20, Township 12 south,
Range 4 west, San Bernardino base and meridian, in the City
of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the official plat thereof;
11 has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and
12 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a Condominiur
l3 11 Permit as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 17th day of August, 1994
I1 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and 16
17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimon

factors relating to the Condominium Permit; and 19
