CASE NAME: PALOMAR TRANSFER STATION CASE NO: PCD/GPC 94-04 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: A 17.196 acres more or less portion of lot B of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, California according to Map 823 recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said County on May 5, 19 15, (as shown on Attachment "A" hereto); and, ACQUISITION has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as provided by Title 2 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 21st day of December, 199, consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony an arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all facto] relating to the Planning Commission Determination; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. €3) That based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the Commissio: APPROVES PCD 94-04, Planning Commission Determination/General Pla Consistency based on the following findings: ...
