A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO DEVELOP 6 SINGLE
FAMILY LOTS ON A .72 ACRE SITE ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF OLIVE AVENUE, SOUTH
OF DATE AVENUE, EAST OF GARFIELD STREET AND
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 1.

WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit:
Lot 3, Block “U” of Palisades No. 2, Map 1803, City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commi:
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as providc

Conditions:
1. Approval is granted for PUD 94-01, as shown on Exhibits “A” - “K, date(
18, 1995, incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning De]

2. Approval of PUD 94-01 is granted subject to the approval of CT 94-02. P1
is approved subject to all conditions of approval of CT 94-02, Planning COI
Resolution No. 3699, incorporated herein by reference and on file in the
Department.

3. Approval of this request shall not excuse compliance with all sections of tl
Ordinance and all other applicable City ordinances in effect at time 0:

4. This project shall comply with all conditions and mitigation required by tl
Local Facilities Management Plan approved by the City Council on Sep
1987, incorporated herein and on file in the Planning Department and i
amendments to the Plan made prior to the issuance of building permits.
5. Prior to occupancy of the first unit within this project, the 1,200 square fo
