CASE NAME: PACIFIC POINTE CASE NO: PUD 94-01 WHEREAS, a verified application for certain property to wit: Lot 3, Block “U” of Palisades No. 2, Map 1803, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the Planning Commi: WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request as providc WEST OF NCTD RAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY IN LOCAL 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 18th day of Jam hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission con: factors relating to the Planned Unit Development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Commission as follows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Cc APPROVES PUD 94-01 based on the following findings and subj following conditions: Findings: 1. The proposed project is designed to be sensitive to and blend in with the SUI developed area by providing single family detached units with varying orientations, varying building materials, and, landscaping to screen structl 6. The proposed project’s design and density will be compatible with SUI development and would not create a disharmonious or disruptive eleme neighborhood because the proposed single family residential units at a rl medium high density range are similar to those in neighboring areas sut single family residences located to the north, south and west. 8. The proposed project’s circulation system is in conformance with all City : (including CUI de sac length, by virtue of City Engineer waiver) and the devl standards of the Planned Development Ordinance as shown on the site plan Conditions: 1. Approval is granted for PUD 94-01, as shown on Exhibits “A” - “K, date( 18, 1995, incorporated by reference and on file in the Planning De] Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted conditions. 2. Approval of PUD 94-01 is granted subject to the approval of CT 94-02. P1 is approved subject to all conditions of approval of CT 94-02, Planning COI Resolution No. 3699, incorporated herein by reference and on file in the Department. This project shall comply with all conditions and mitigation required by tl Local Facilities Management Plan approved by the City Council on Sep 1987, incorporated herein and on file in the Planning Department and i amendments to the Plan made prior to the issuance of building permits. 5.
