SP 19(G), FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING SPECIFIC PLAN TO REGULATE SIGNING ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN CANNON ROAD AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD CASE NAME AMENDMENT OF CAR COUNTRY SPECIFIC PLAN SIGN REGULATIONS CASE NO: SP 19(G) 8 9 10 11 12 13 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the P WHEREAS, a verified application has been filed with the City of C and referred to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, saidverified application constitutes a request as provided 1 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and 14 15 16 17 18 Commission did, on the 19th day of April, 1995, consider said request on property de as: Lots 1-11, Carlsbad Tract No. 72-03, Map 7492, and a portion of Lot H of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map No. 823. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tes 1 9 factors relating to SP 19(G). 20 and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considc 21 22 23 24 25 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P: Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Corn: recommends APPROVAL of SP 19(6), according to Exhibit “X, date 19, 1995, attached hereto, based on the following findings: 27 I. The Specific Plan is consistent with the Carlsbad General Plan. 28 Findings: ll 0 0 1 2. The site is physically suitable in size and shape to accommodate the permittc identified in the Specific Plan. 2 3. The amendment to SP 19 is consistent with the intent and guidelines of the ( 3 Declaration has been issued by the Planning Director on January 4, 195 5 specific plan. 4 4. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN SP 19(G) FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING SPECIFIC PLAN TO REGULATE SIGNAGE ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN CANNON ROAD AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
