CASE NAME BIOLOGICAL HABITAT PRESERVES CASE NO: LCPA 95-08 WHEREAS, California State law requires that the Local Coast2 General Plan, and Zoning designations for properties in the Coastal Zone 12 conformance; 13 15 Program, has been filed with the Planning Department; and l4 WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendment to the Local 18 17 16 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 2nd day of Augus 19 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider the propose’ 20 Coastal Program Amendment shown on Exhibit “X, dated August 2, 1995, atta 21 Planning Commission Resolution No. 3783; 22 23 24 25 26 WHEREAS, State Coastal Guidelines require a six week public revie\ 27 for any amendment to the Local Coastal Program. 20 WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for amend. provided in Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consid factors relating to the Local Coastal Program Amendment. .... C) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Comr recommends APPROVAL of LCPA 95-08, as shown on Exhibit "LCPA ' dated August 2, 1995, attached hereto and made a part hereof based following findings: Findings: 1.
