A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE
AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.41,
SECTION 21.41.076, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
CODE, BY THE AMENDMENT OF THE TEMPORARY
COMMUNITY DIRECTIONAL SIGN ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15 day of Novembe
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; a
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te!

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Com
recommends APPROVAL of Zone Code Amendment, ZCA 95-11, ac
to Exhibit "X," dated November 15, 1995, attached hereto and madc
hereof, based on the following findings:
Findings:
1. The proposed Zone Code Amendment is consistent with the overall La
Element policies of Carlsbad's General Plan which call for the creatic
distinctive sense of place and identity for each community and neighborho

CHAPTER 21.41 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING SECTION 21.41.076 TO EXTEND THE

The City council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as
SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.41, of the Carlsbad Municip
is amended by the amendment of Section 21.41.076 Subsection (e) to read as foil(

the ordinance codified in this section is reviewed and extended by the City Counc
