CASE NAME CITY OF CARLSBAD CASE NO: ZCA 95-11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 15 day of Novembe hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; a WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all te! and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission consid1 factors relating to the Zone Code Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Com recommends APPROVAL of Zone Code Amendment, ZCA 95-11, ac to Exhibit "X," dated November 15, 1995, attached hereto and madc hereof, based on the following findings: Findings: 1. The proposed Zone Code Amendment is consistent with the overall La Element policies of Carlsbad's General Plan which call for the creatic distinctive sense of place and identity for each community and neighborho the creation of a visual form that is pleasing to the eye and highly identifiak temporary directional sign program will identify and provide direction subdivisions and communities in a uniform and tasteful manner consist6 these policies. 2. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.41 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 21.41.076 TO EXTEND THE TEMPORARY COMMUNITY DIRECTIONAL SIGN ORDINANCE. CASE NAME: TEMPORARY COMMUNITY CASE NO: ZCA 95-11 The City council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.41, of the Carlsbad Municip is amended by the amendment of Section 21.41.076 Subsection (e) to read as foil( (e) "This section shall be effective until June 1,1996 unless before t the ordinance codified in this section is reviewed and extended by the City Counc EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days adoption, and the city clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and ca1 be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of ( within fifteen days after its adoption.
