PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3896
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A 16 LOT, 13
UNIT TENTATIVE MAP.
CASE NAME: CALAVERA HEIGHTS VILLAGE "H"
MAP EXTENSION
CASE NO: CARLSBAD TRACT 90-19
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on November 3, 1993, adopt Re?
No. 3567, approving the tentative map for CT 90-19, Calavera Heights Village "HI
WHEREAS, said tentative map would have expired as of November 3, 199
WHEREAS, the owner of the tentative map, Lyon Communities, Inc., has rel
an extension of time to process toward a final map; and
WHEREAS, the owner has been diligently pursuing a final map; and
WHEREAS, the owner has said that the unfavorable economic conditions of
several years have prevented the completion of processing for a final map; and
WHEREAS, the project can be found to be in conformance with the Gener
Title 21, other City ordinances and current City policies with the imposition of the
conditions of approval and the imposition of a new condition; and
WHEREAS, both the Planning Commission and the owner desire to ext
tentative map under the conditions of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
B) That the request for an extension of time for the tentative map Carlsb;
90-19 be granted for a period of one year until November 3, 1996, SI
all the conditions of approval contained in Planning Commission Re
No. 3567 as modified by Condition No. 1 below.
