A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CODE
AMENDMENT, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.70,
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, TO ACCEPT
SUGGESTED MODIFICATIONS TO THE DEVELOPMENT

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as
12 SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.70 of the Carlsbad Mun

general plan, the certified local coastal program and any applicable specific plan;' 16

If the city council approves the development agreement, it shall adopt an 01
