A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAWSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AMENDMENT TO
ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF 49 SINGLE FAMILY
UNITS ON PREVIOUSLY SUBDIVIDED LOTS ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF HIDDEN
VALLEY ROAD BETWEEN PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
AND CAMINO DE LAS ONDAS IN THE ZONE 20 SPECIFIC
PLAN AND LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE.

WHEREAS, Ladwig Design Group, Inc./UDC Homes, “Developer”, has f
verified application with the City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by McReynolds F:
Trust, “Owner”, described as
Parcel C of Parcel Map 2949, in the City of Carlsbad,
California, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
August 9,1974, as File 74-216632 of official records
(“the Property”); and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a Hi
Development Permit Amendment as shown on Exhibits “A”-“X”, on file in the C~I
Planning Department, HDP 94-09(A), Mar Vista, as provided by Chapter 21.95 of the C~I
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 5th day of February
consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimon
arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all f
relating to the Hillside Development Permit Amendment; and
WHEREAS, on January 3, 1996 the Planning Commission approved HI
94-09 as described and conditioned in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3877.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the P1a1
Commission as follows:
A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the Comm:
APPROVES Hillside Development Permit Amendment, HDP 94-09(A),
on the following findings and subject to the following conditions:
Findings:
1. All findings of HDP 94-09 as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No.
shall apply as findings of HDP 94-09(A).
2. That the development proposal is consistent with the intent, purpose, and requireme]

Conditions:
1. The Planning Commission does hereby APPROVE the Hillside Development P
Amendment for the project entitled Mar Vista (Exhibits “A”-“X” dated Februa
1997 which supersede Exhibits “A,” “E” and “F,” dated January 3, 1996) on f
