A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF TIERRA DEL
ORO, NORTH OF CANNON ROAD IN LOCAL FACILITIES
MANAGEMENT ZONE 2.
CASE NAME: ROLL RESIDENCE
CASE NO.: CDP 97-57
WHEREAS, Lance Roll, “Developer”, has filed a verified application
COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. CDP 97-57 ON
City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by Alyce Carsten, “Owner”, described as
Lot 3 Tierra Del Oro, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 3052 as filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
February 4,1954
(“the Property”); and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a
Development Permit as shown on Exhibits “A”-“F” dated February 4, 1998, on fi
Planning Department, ROLL RESIDENCE CDP 97-57 as provided by Chapter 21.2C
the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 4th day of Februa
hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tl
and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a

A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.

B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the COI
APPROVES ROLL RESIDENCE CDP 97-57, based on the following

1. That the proposed development is in conformance with the Certified Local
