CASE NAME: GENERAL PLAN, ZONING & LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM CONSISTENCY PROJECT PHASE I CASE NO: ZC 97-01 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad Planning Department, has filed a application with the City of Carlsbad regarding property described on Exhibits “G”-“X March 18,1998, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, said application constitutes a request for a Zone Change as SI Exhibit(s) “G” - “X” dated March 18, 1998, on file in the Planning Department, in re the General Plan, Zoning, and Local Coastal Program Project Phase I - ZC 9 provided by Chapter 21.52 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 1 st day of April, 1991 duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tc and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a relating to the Zone Change; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Commission as follows: A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
