CASE NAME: LANTZ RESIDENCE CASE NO.: CDP 98-06 WHEREAS, William and Diane Lantz, “Developer”, has filed a application with the City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by William and Dianc “Owner”, described as COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. CDP 98-06 ON Lot 6 in Block “F” of Palisades, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1747, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 5,1923. (“the Property”); and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a Development Permit as shown on Exhibits “A” - “D” dated April 15, 1998, on fil Planning Department, LANTZ RESIDENCE CDP 98-06, as provided by Chapter 21. of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 15th day of April 1991 duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tc and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a1 relating to the CDP. That the proposed development is in conformance with the Certified Local Program and all applicable policies in that the site is designated for re development. The proposed single family residence meets the applicable si of the LCP. 2. The proposed development is located in the Coastal Resource Protection Zone.
