A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF OCEAN
STREET BETWEEN CYPRESS AVENUE AND BEECH
AVENUE IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 1
SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A TWO-UNIT

WHEREAS, Cindy Blair, “Developer”, has filed a verified application
City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by Philip R. Palisoul and Pamela F. I

WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a Spe
