CASE NAME: ROESCH PROPERTY SUBDIVISION CASE NO.: SDP 99-05 DEVELOPMENT PLAN SDP 99-05 TO SUBDIVIDE 27.7 9 11 WHEREAS, Standard Pacific Corporation, “Developer”, has filed a 10 11 application with the City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by Ronald L. Roesch, ’ 12 13 14 15 described as That portion of Section 22, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, irm the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to official plat thereof, as described in Certificate of Compliance recorded March 11,1997 as File No. 1997-0106633 official 16 17 18 19 20 21 21.06/Section 21.53.120 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and (“the Property”); and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request for a Site Dev Plan as shown on Exhibits “A” - “AA” dated October 6, 1999, on file in the Department, ROESCH PROPERTY SUBDIVISION, SDP 99-05, as provided by 22 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 6th day of Octobc 23 hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider said request; and 24 25 26 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all tc and arguments, if any, of all persons desiring to be heard, said Commission considered a 27 11 relating to the Site Development Plan. 28 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Carlsbad as follows: .. 0 0 * II 1 2 3 4 A) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct. B) That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the I Commission APPROVES SDP 99-05 - ROESCH PRO SUBDIVISION, based on the following findings and subject to the fc conditions: 5 11 Findinys: 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 1. That the requested use is a) properly related to the site, surroundings and envir settings, b) is consistent with the various elements and objectives of the Genera will not be detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in th which the proposed use is to be located, and d) will not adversely impact surroundings or traffic circulation, in that the subdivision density is 3.2 dwell per acre in conformance with RLM General Plan designation.
