as follows:

There shall be two regular meetings of the City Council
during eac'? calendar month and such meetings shall be held on the
first and third Tuesdays thereof at the hour of 7200 o'clock P.?l.,
provided, however, that if the date of any such regular meeting
falls on a holiday, said regular meeting shall be held at the hour
of 7~00 o'clock P,M, on the next succeeding day which is not a
holiday.

This Ordinance repeals Section l-(a) of Ordinance Eo. 1005
of the City of Carlsbad adopted the 5th day of August, 1952.
This Ordinance shall tzke effect and be in force after
the 30th day of its adoption.
SXCTION 4. NOT ICE : I-
'The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall be and is
directed to Cause this Ordinance to be published once in the
Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation
in the said Zi'ty of Carlsbad.
