and 24 of Seaside Lands be changed from Zone R-3 to Zone C-1; and
XKERYAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds that public
necessity and convenience require that such zone change be made;

EO1 THEREFORE, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9005, the City Council of
City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTIOR 1. That Lots-23 and 24 of Seaside Lands, according to
No. 1722, filed in the offiee of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, July 28, 1921, Excepting Therefrom the Southwesterly 150 feet
of said. Lots, be and the same hereby are changed from Zone R-3 to
Zone C-1, and the same shall be subject to all the privileges and
restrictions and uses prescribed in Zone (J-1 as set forth in Ordinance
No. 9005 of the City of Carlsbad.
SECTIOH 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on
the thirty-first day from and after its fiaal passage,
SECTIOI? 3. lfhe City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad
Journalb a newspaper published and of general ciPculation in the said
Di ty of Carl sbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, this day of December, 195’2, by the
following vote, to-wit:
