OF A PORTION OF TRACT 117, CARLSBAD LANDS, PROH zom
WEIEZEAS, the City Planning Coramission has recommended that 8
certain portion of Tract 1x7, Carlsbad Lands, be changed fron Zone
B-1 to Zone E-2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds that
public necessity and convenience require that such zone change be
made;
THEXEFORE, pwlosuant to Ordinance No. 9005, the City Council of
the City of Cwlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1% That those portions of Tract 117, Carlsbad Lands, - described as: A\
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of Tract 117 distant thereon South 55 degrees 27 minutes West 1,380.91 feet from the most Southeasterly corner; thence North 34 degrees 33 aninutes West 3lO feet; thence South 55 degrees 21 ntinutes West 5626 feet; thence South 34 degrees 33 minutes East 310 feet to said Southeasterly line; thence north 55 degrees 27 minutes East 56-26 feet to beginning in Tract 117, Cwlsbad Lands,
and
Begilvllrrg at the intersection of the Southeasteply line of Tract 117 with the Westerly line of Tract 119; thence South 55 degrees 27 minutes West 3.,437#17 feet along sa5d South- easterly line to the true point of beginning; thence Rorth 34 degrees 33 minutes West 310 feet; thence South 55 degrees 27 minutes West 106.25 feet; thence South 34 degrees 33 minutes East 3LO feet; thence Piforth jj degrees 27 minutes East 106.25 feet to the true point of beginning in Tract 117, Carlsbad Laads,
be, and the sane hereby are, chamged from Zone R-1 to Zone B-2, and
the Sam shall be subject to all the privileges and restrictions and.

SECTIOB 2, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
dfrected to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbaa
Journal, a newspaper published md of general ciseralation in the said
city of 'Carisbad.
SECTIOH 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on
the thirty-first day from and after its final adoption,
