OBDIMANCE NO. 9020
AN ORDINBMCE OF TI-IE CITY OF C.ABLSBdU3 CHANG1P;JG
ZOWE 03’ BLOCK A AHD ALS; THOSE POBTIONS OF
BLOCKS B AND C, BLs;iiS AVOCADO ACRES, LYING
IKi3STEXLY OF STATE HIGKrrdAY XE-SD-28, HAS
2027. ‘FRON ZONE R-1 to ZONE R-2.
WHERZAS, the City Planning Comission has recommended that
a portion of Alles Avocado Acres be changedt from Zone R-1 to Zone R-2;
and
MHERXAS, the City Council of the City of Car1sba.d finds that
public necessity and convenience require that such zone changes be made;
NOW THEREFORE, pursua.nt to Ordinance No. 9005, the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1% That Block A and all portions of Blocks B and
C, Ules Avocado Acres, lying westerly of State Highway XT-SD-B, Map
2027, be and the same hereby are changed from Zone R-l to Zone E-2,
and the same shall be subject to 8.11 the privileges and restrictions
and uses prescribed in Zone R-2 as set forth in Ordinance No. 9005 of the
City of Car1sba.d.
SECTION 2, This Ordinaace shall take effect and be in force
on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage.

SECTION 3, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
City of Carlsbad.
