This Ordinance shall be considered as a supplenzent 2nd addendum to Ordinance No, 9005 of the City of Carlsbad. SECTION 5 . PENALTIES. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thero- of shall be punished by imprisonment in the jail provided by the City for not exceeding three! months, or by a fine of not to exceed Three-Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, or by both such fine and imprison- ment. r _. ..
