WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended that certain portions of Thm Lands in the City of Carlsbad be changed from Zone 3-2 to Zone 2-1B; and b?HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds that public necessity and convenience requfre that such zone changes @e aade ; WOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9018, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION 1, That, the following portions of mum Lands in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of ialifornia, according to Hap thereof No. 1681 filed in the office of the Recoraer of San Diego County on December 9, 1915, described as: All. of Tract 232, and all those portions of Tracts 233, 237 and 238 1ySng Westerly of California. State Highway XI-SD-2BI be and the same hereby are changed from Zone 23-2 to Zone Et-U3, and the same shall be subject to all the privileges and restrictions and uses prescribed in Zone B-U3 as set forth in Ordinance No. 9018 of the City of Carlsbad. SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad. is hereby dfrected to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad, SECTION 3, This Grdinance shall take effect and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after its final passage. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 2nd Bay of June , 1953, and finally adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 16th day of June , 1953, by the followirzg vote : AYES: Councilmen Ede, Sutton, Castorena, May@ &cGlellan.
