The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION lk SECTION 82-(a) OF ORDINANCE HO. 3005 OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBD. AS lllvIENDED BY OBDINARCE NO. 3008 OF Tm CITY OF CARLBADL
DZLZTED, Section 82-(a) of Ordinance No. 3005 of the City of Carlsbad,
as amended by Ordinance No. 3008 of the City of Carlsbad, is hereby
deleted and shall further have no force and effect.

Carlsbad is hereby aQended by adding the following sub-section:
