AN O~KDZBABCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CHANGIHG ZONE OF
PORTION OF TRACTS 201 and 202, T-H" LANDS, ALL IN THE
CITY OF CBRLSBAD. FRON ZONE R-2 TO ZONE: R-3,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended that a portion
of Tracts 201 and 202, Thum Lands, be changed from Zone B-2 to Zone R-3;
and
MHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds that public
necessity and convenience require that such zone changes be made;
NOM THEREFOLW, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9005, the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That, those lands deseribed as:
ALL the following described property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California:
The Northeasterly 88 feet of Tracts 201 and 202
of Thum Lands, according to Map thereof No, 1681,
filed in the office of the County Recorder
December 9, 1915,
be and the same hereby are changed from Zone 8-2 to Zone R-3, and the
shall be subject to all the privileges and restrictions and uses prescribed
in Zone B-3 as set forth in Ordinance No, 9005 of the City of Carlsbad.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the
thirty-first day from and after its final passage,
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to
cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal, a news-
paper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad.

First read at a regular meeting of the City Cou.ncil of said City held
on the 2nd day of February, 1954, and finally adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 16th day of February, 1954,
by the following vote:
