SECTION 2:. This Ordbmce shall take effect and be Ln force on
the 3lst day from and after its final passage.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby direct-
ed to aause this Ordwance to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal,
a newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad.

held on the 18th day of Hay, 1954, and faally adopted and ordered pub-
