DEmION FOR THE BEQWREXEXT FOR A BOND FOR THE CHIEF OF POLICE,
The City Councjl of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as foZlows:
SECTION 1, SECTION 3 ( b) OF ORDIRANCE NO, 1005 gMENDED
Section 3 (b) of Ordinance No. 1005 of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Amounts of Official Bands.@ The Offlcal Bonds of the Offici
of this cfty for the faithful discharge of their respective duties
shall be and are hereby fixed at the followslng STUPS:
CITY TREASURER - 0 - - - - - $25,000.00
CITY CLERK - - - - - - - - - j,OQO.OO
SECTIOH 2, EFPECTNE DATE
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force froa and
after the 3lst day of Its adoption,
SECTION 2. NOTICE
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall be and is
hereby directed to cause this Ordfnance to be published once fn
the CarLsbad Journal, 8 newspapep published and of general
circulation in the said City of' Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
