The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does oPdain as follows:
SECTION 1, SEC'PIOM 6 (f) OF ORDINANCE NO, 6015 AE%JDED
Section 6 (f) of ordinance No. 6015 is hereby amended to
read as follows :
#A11 card rooms shall be close+ at two (2) a.m., and shall
remain closed =til ten (la) a.m. of the same dag".
SECTION 2 EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinarice shall take effect and-be in force frorn an&
after the 3lst Wy of its adoption,
SECTION NOTICE
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall be and is
hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in
the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general cir-
culation is the said City of Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City Conncil of saia City heXd on the 6th day of July, 1954,
and finally adopted and ordered-published at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the 20th day of July, 1934, by the follow
vote :
