AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSB.AD C€UHGING
ZONE OF A PORTION OF THE CBDAR HTLL ADDITION
FROM ZONE E-L-to ZOME R-3.
WJEZEAS, the City Planning Commission has recomended that
a portion of the Cedar Hill Addition in the City of-Carlsbad, be
changed from Zone E+to Zone R-1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds that
public necessity and convenience require that such zone change be
made ;
HOW TEEREFORE, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9005, the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows;
SECTION 1, That, those lands described as:
That portion of Cedar Hill Addition to the Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County of 8an Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof Eo* 532, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County April 25, 1888, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Cedar Hill Addition, running thence North 89O 26' %#est along the North line of said Addition 733.29 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 6 of Laguna Mesa Tracts, as shown on Map thereof No, 1'719; thence South along the East line of said Tract 6, a distance of 740.40 feet to the true point of beginning; being the Southwest corner of the land described in the deed to Thomas J. Mur hy and wife recorded July 23, l929 as
continuing South along said Easi line of said Tract 6, a distance of 357 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said Cedar Hill Addition, 366 feet to a point in the West line of the land described in deed to E. B. Sutton and wife, recorded October 5, 194-4 as Document No. 74265 in Book 3.754; Page 175 of Official Records; thence North along said West line, being also parallel with said East line of said Tract 6 a distance of 357 feet to a point in the South line of said Murphy's land above referred to; thence West along said South line 366 feet to the true point of beginning,
Document No, 420 8 5 in Book 1664 Page 141 of Deeds; thence
be and the same hereby are changed from Zone E-Zto Zone R-1, and
the same shall be subject to all the privileges and restrictions
