AN ORDINANCE ' OF THE. CITY OF CAR ,SBAD CR FGI NG
ZONE OF THE WESTERLY 175 FEET OF LOT 5,
4ILS0NIA TRACT FROMZONE E�-2 TO R-1A.
5 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended that
6 the Westerly 175 feet of Lot 5 . Wilsonia Tract, in the City of
7 Carlsbad, be changed from Zone E-2 to R-1A; and
8EREEAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad finds
9 that public necessity and convenience require that such zone change
10 be made;
11 NOT, THEREFORE, pursuant to Ordinance No, 9005, the City

Council of the city of Carlsbad does ordain as follows:
the thirty-first day from and after its final passage..
SECTION' 1. __ The;. City.. Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
24 hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in
25 the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general clrcul-
26 ation in said City of Carlsbad,
SECTION I. That, those lands described as:
The Westerly 175 feet of Lot 5, Wilsonia
Tract in the City of Carlsbad, County of
16 San Diego, State of California,
17 be and the same hereby is changed from Zone E-2 to R-.IA, and the
18 same shall be subject to all the privileges and restrictions and
19 uses prescribed in Zone R.►1.A. as set forth in Ordinance No. 9005
20 of the City of Carlsbad.

SECTION 2..: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
