The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
8 SECTION 1, There shall be, and there hereby is levied
9

a property tax in the amount of eighty cents (804) on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of property valuation of a11 taxable
property within the City of Carfsbad, California, not exempt by
12

14 ending June 30, 1956, and equalized by the Board of Supervisors
15

law from tax as assessed by the County Assessor of the County of
San Diego for the 1955-56 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1955 and
of the County of San Diego acting as the Board of Equalization
of said county for the aforesaid fiscal year,
17 SECTION 2. There shall be and there is hereby levied

a property tax in the amount of seven cents (74) on each One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of property valuation of all taxable
20 property within the Carlsbad Sanitary Maintenance District,

24 June 30, 1956, and equalized by the Board of Supervisors of the
25 County of San Piego acting as the Board of Equalization of said
26 county for the aforesaid fiscal year.
27 SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall take effect on the date

31 SECTION 4, Ordinance No, 1043 of the City of Carlsbad is
within the City of Carlsbad, California, not exempt by law from
tax as assessed by the County Assessor of the County of San Diego
for the 1955-56 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1955 and ending
of its passage and adoption, pursuant to the provisions of
sub-section (d) of Section 36,937 of the Government Co

The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
instructed to rescind all actions taken by the City Clerk pursuant
to the provisions of Ordinance No, 1043, or in the event said
instructions have not been executed, that the City Clerk shall
disregard any and all instructio

ordinance to be transmitted to the County Auditor of the County of
