The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. SAN DIEGO COUNTY OFDINANCE II_- NO. 1528 -
(NEiV SERIES), REQUIRING I_ - RENEWAL OF ANNUAL PERMITS --I_ FROM THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND PAYldENT OF ANNUAL FEES AND
TO IMPOSE A PENALTY FOR PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT FEES, ADOPTED
---- BY REFERENCE, San Diego County Ordinance No. 1528 (New
Series) is hereby adopted by reference, copies of which

are now on file in the office of the City Clerk .
for inspection, and the same are hereby made a part hereof
as if fully set out in this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force on the 31st day from and after its final passage.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad SECTION 3,
