The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
10 It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age
11 of eighteen (18) years, to loiter, idle, wander, or stroll or play
12 in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks,
13 playgrounds, wharves, docks, or other public grounds, public places
14 and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant
15 lots, or other unsupervised places, between the hours of ten otcc90ck

19 person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor

9 SECTION 3, Any person violatin provision of this ordi-
10 nance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
11 shall for the first offense be fined not less than $25.00 nor more
12 than $50,00, or be confined in jail not more than ten (10) days,
13 or punished by both Pine and imprisonment; for the second offense,
14 such person shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than
15 $lOO.OO, or be confined in jail not more than thirty (30) days, or
16 punished by both fine and imprisonment; and for each subsequent
17 offense, such person shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more
18 than $500.00, or be confined in jail not more than ninety (90) days,
19 or punished by both said fine and imprisonment.
